How to Return

1. Email support@hossishop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send a return shipping address within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item in original packaging and ship via tracked mail.
4. Once received and inspected, we refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• ❌ Original shipping cost — non-refundable
• ❌ Return shipping cost — paid by buyer (unless item is defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
