How long does delivery take?
- Italy: 5–10 days
- EU: 5–10 days
- USA/Canada: 5–10 days
- Rest of world: 15–25 days
Is shipping free?
Yes — on orders above the free shipping threshold for your zone (€50 Italy, €60 EU, €80 USA/Canada, €100 rest of world).
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit cards via Stripe. We may add PayPal and Klarna in the future.
Can I return an item?
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee. See our returns page.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 2–3 days of ordering.
Do you charge customs/duties?
EU: no extra fees. International (outside EU): local customs may apply, paid by the buyer.
What if my product is damaged or wrong?
Email support@hossishop.com with photos within 7 days. We’ll send a free replacement.
