1. Orders & Payment
All prices are in EUR. Italian orders include 22% VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout.

3. Returns
30-day money-back guarantee on all products. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
4. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly due to monitor settings.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud, or to harass other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
HossiShop’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8. EU Consumer Law
EU consumer protection laws apply. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU directive 2011/83/EU (extended to 30 days as a goodwill gesture).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Venice, Italy.
