HossiShop ships from our global fulfillment network. The closest warehouse to your address handles your order so you get the fastest possible delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

You can also check status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country’s regulations. These are paid by the recipient at delivery and are not included in our checkout total.

If you’re unsure about your country’s rules, your local customs office can confirm before you order.

We offer a 30-day goodwill return window on top of the EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso).

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Email support@hossishop.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send a return authorization (RMA) and the address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective, in which case we cover it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method via Stripe.

Most cards see the refund land in 3–5 business days after that, depending on the issuing bank.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

We do not currently offer PayPal.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for handling card data.

We never see, store, or transmit your full card details. Your information goes directly from your browser to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

Currently no — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. No VAT is added on top.

For orders outside the EU, your country may apply import taxes at delivery (see the shipping question above).

Yes. Every product in our catalog is curated and tested by our team before it earns a place on the shelf. We don’t sell counterfeits, replicas, or knock-offs — ever.

Our catalog is curated from trusted partners around the world. We choose based on quality, value, and how well a product holds up to real use — not on any single origin.

Customization isn’t part of our current offer. If that changes, we’ll let our newsletter subscribers know first.
