We ship from a global fulfillment network of trusted supplier partners directly to your door. Every order is tracked end-to-end, and we stand behind every shipment with our 30-day goodwill return promise.
1. Shipping Zones & Rates
Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on the destination zone. All prices are in Euro (EUR).

The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Free shipping is applied to the cart subtotal before any discount.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it the same business day (if received before 14:00 CET) or the next business day. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. During this period:
- Your order is verified and confirmed.
- Payment is finalized through Stripe.
- Your order is routed to the appropriate fulfillment partner.
- The item is packed and prepared for dispatch.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate notification once it ships, including the tracking number.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Italian and EU public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times listed in the zone table above are estimates, not guarantees. They begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement). Actual delivery may vary based on:
- Destination address (urban vs. remote area).
- Carrier capacity.
- Customs clearance time (for non-EU destinations).
- Weather, holiday, or other force-majeure events.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the upper estimate, please contact support@hossishop.com and we will investigate.
4. Carriers
We work with a selection of established international and regional carriers, chosen based on destination and product type to give you the fastest, most reliable delivery. Common carriers include national postal services and major express providers operating in your country.
The specific carrier handling your order is shown in your shipment confirmation email and is reflected in your tracking link.
5. Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
- The tracking number.
- A direct tracking link to the carrier's portal.
- The estimated delivery window.
You can also check your order status at any time through our Track Order page using your order ID and email address.
Note: tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
6. International Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are:
- Not included in the price displayed on HossiShop.
- Not included in the shipping fee.
- The sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
The amount of duties or taxes is determined by your country's customs authority and depends on the declared value of the goods. We cannot estimate these charges in advance — we recommend checking your country's customs website before placing an order.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to sender, refused, or destroyed. In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
7. Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes are possible only before the order has been dispatched. To request a change:
- Email orders@hossishop.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Include your order ID, the original address, and the corrected address.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to coordinate with the carrier, but additional charges may apply, and the change may not be possible.
HossiShop is not liable for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost
A package is considered "lost" if tracking shows no movement for more than 14 consecutive business days, or if the carrier officially declares it lost. To report a lost package:
- Email support@hossishop.com with your order ID.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund, at your choice.
If your package arrives damaged
If a package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are broken:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item before unpacking further.
- Email support@hossishop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and the photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for damaged items.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout;
- Failure to pay customs duties (non-EU destinations);
- Failure to collect from a pickup point within the carrier's hold period;
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee of up to €5.
10. Holiday & Weather Delays
Delivery times may be extended during:
- Italian and EU public holidays (Christmas, Easter, Ferragosto, etc.).
- Major shopping events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, end-of-year season).
- Severe weather conditions or natural events.
- Carrier strikes or transportation disruptions.
- Customs backlogs at destination.
We will post seasonal notices on our homepage and via email when significant delays are expected. Our standard 30-day goodwill return window starts from the actual delivery date, not the order date, so seasonal delays do not affect your return rights.
